We were having trouble with our boiler for 2 months and we had called various people out all saying different things. When we were passed Stewart's number he came out late on a Thursday and told us the boiler was too old and couldn't cope and recommended we got a new one. We followed what he said and Stewart came within the week and took out our old boiler. He installed it a new more efficient boiler and the heat in the house now is like we have never known. The work he did was first class. I have passed his name on to a couple of close friends.

I was let down by a heating engineer who had promised to come and do the landlords gas checks for the house that I was arranging to let out. Stuart was recommended to me so I rang him in a panic on Saturday morning. He said he would come round on Sunday morning and sure enough he arrived bang on time. He found that I needed some parts to make the gas fire safe. He sent me out for the parts while he fixed a fault that he had found on my gas boiler. Stuart explained to me everything that he was doing and sorted the gas check paperwork for me. He was still explaining how my system worked when I had to take the tea cup from him and send him home – to make sure that he got to his little niece’s christening on time!
