It involved installing a new boiler, new pipework, micro fill and 10 radiators in the 6 floor building. The installation was pressure tested to 8bar and also included the introduction of a 2" gas main to feed an Air Handling Unit. | ||

This project was for the Co-op Funeral Homes in Sheffield. It involved installing new male and female toilets with a unit for disabled people in between. It also required the installation of new pipework and 14 new radiators. |

Home Owner / Landlord Gas Certificates
It is a legal requirement that gas appliances in rented accommodation be checked at intervals of no more than 12 months. Failure to comply with annual and landlord safety inspections invalidates building insurance cover. As a CORGI registered gas specialist, SPD Heating Services are authorised to issue the mandatory Gas Safety Certificates for your property.
